It's weird, it's wonderful, it's an enigma-it's the Annual Wolf Creek Homeowner's Association Garage Sale. Like the energizer bunny, it just keeps on going, and going, and going. It's been copied by other neighborhoods who plan their sales on the same day, but the grand daddy of them all is Wolf Creek. Nobody can explain how or why, but they keep coming. Since June, the BA Chamber and the WCHA has been receiving e-mails and phone calls from all over the state about the sale date.

So you might as well cash in on the action. This week, pull out all those treasures you've got stashed in your closets, under the stairs, and in the attic. This is your chance to turn those valuable items you've been hoarding into cash.

Here are some tips for success:
• If you haven't used it in six months, sell it
• Dust it off or shine it up so it looks good to the buyer
• Price it right-don't haul it back to the attic
• Get $50 in small bills and coins so you can make change for your customers
• Store your money box out of sight so it doesn't get ripped off
