Our neighborhood is only as strong as your concern and participation. Help make Wolf Creek a better, safer place to raise your family. At 48¢ a week, WC dues are very affordable compared to other homeowners associations which can reach $150 a year. This money funds necessary projects around the neighborhood. Rising costs have increased the expense of mowing, labor and materials to maintain the grounds. Why should you join the WCHA?

Priority #1 is to protect our children and families from sexual predators. Twenty-one (21) currently live in the 74012 zip code area. We need your help and your membership dues to build a strong Alert Neighbors program to ensure a safe neighborhood.

Priority #2 is keeping perimeter areas mowed and beautifying entrances.

Priority #3 is maintaining a vibrant covenants enforcement program to protect your investment in your home.

Priority #4 is to help offset costs involved with printing the Wolf Creek Leader and help keep this website up. It's important to keep the residents informed of crime in the area, improvements and a forum for volunteers to learn where their help is needed and participate.
